Biography

Born 30 October 1976 in Nyaungdon, Ayeyarwady Region, of Karen descent, Lone Chaw competed from 1995, winning the vacant Openweight Lethwei Golden Belt in 2006 against Shwe War Tun and holding it until he lost it to Saw Nga Man in 2009. He moved into coaching around 2012, though the source is not consistent about when he stopped fighting — its own record table lists bouts in 2013 and 2014 — so no retirement year or age is given here; Wikipedia's own record table for him lists 43 fights: 13 wins (11 by KO/TKO), 7 losses, and 24 draws.
